Our family vineyard is one of the original 1890 Coonawarra fruit colony vineyards located on the high bank of terra rossa soil.
Our vines are hand pruned in winter, hand picked at vintage and grown without the use of chemical fertilisers, herbicides or insecticides.
Our wine is hand plunged in open fermenters producing a distinctive soft texture, which is gently enhanced by using only the finest French oak barrels for 20 months in the wine aging process.
We offer this elegant handmade Vintage 2016 Highbank wine to you with pride.
